NATURE RETREAT
'A practice in mindful living'

With a small group in a cosy setting will practise Mindful living for 6 days. The program will be inspired by the teachings of zen buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh.
The program consists of a daily body exercises, walking meditation, silence walks, awareness exercises in nature, sitting meditation and reflecting talks. We will also spent time learning about the inspiring teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Being in nature is an important part of the retreat. You will deepen your contact with nature. Your experience will get more intense with every step you make. You will experience the healing and calming effect of nature and discover how you are part of a bigger whole. That you are not separate from nature, but part of nature, and vice versa.
Nature can mirror us in countless ways. We will work with that element in various refreshing ways. It will be an interesting journey. We will also let nature inspire us. Again and again with the aim to bring you closer in contact with your (higher) self. And in this contact you will find love, happiness and trust.
Price 300 € + dana:
Prices will be based on the costing price of food and accommodation plus Dana. Dana is considered to be a gift from the heart. At the end of the retreat, you make contact with your heart and feel how much of a value the retreat was for you. This will be your gift. Dana is always given anonymously.
You will stay at Nanette's place. She lives in a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by orange yards. Attched to her private home is a guesthouse with meditation room and two sleeping rooms, each offering a fair space for 3-4 persons.
