The combination of being away from home, taking distance from work and family, spending time in Portugal's beautiful nature, and meanwhile working out your issues, seems to be very effective.
With her sharp eye and keen questions Nanette can help you, step by step, to get a clear view on your situation. She will listen to you without prejudices and completely be there for you and your story. She will not want to give you all kind of friendly advices, but make you look at yourself and let you find your own solutions.
She has a firm believe that in every person lays an enormous potential. She will do all about it, to make that potential visible, so that at the end, you yourself, from your inner power, can create the life you wish for.
Why walking?
Walking in nature helps you to become quiet in your head. Nature is restful, therefore you will be able to listen better to your inner voice, there where you can find all the answers to your questions.
Outside in nature, you will literally and figuratively move outside your own world and paths. You will step into a new environment, set foot on new tracks, overlook new views, discover new horizons. Therefore you will more easily be receptive for new experiences, views and initiatives.
Symbols
Nanette will use symbols in the environment to shape your process into a tangible form. A steep path could for instance symbolize the difficult road your are walking on. How will it feel when you reach the top? What do you expect to find there? What will you discover along the way?
Or you come along a crossing, where do you want to go? Which choices are you facing? Do you feel the courage to take that path, or do you still feel some doubts? And what do you need, to leave those doubts behind you? Or do you allow them to exist and is it ok to take them along?
Working with symbols will deepen your process of awareness. You will even notice that the choices and acts, which you experienced so physically, at the end will be real and lasting.
